Welcome to our Team, lets tell you about us!

At High Five, we are a young work force working to provide our customers with the best products available to the market, and support the community in problem solving. Here we value the wits of our young staff to generate a new wave of commerce. We attended college together and met in at a expo hosted at our college. Here we bonded over common interest of trying to build a businesses in this booming industry. We know the benefits this industry provides for everyday life, and we are striving to be face of this industry. OUR POLICY STATEMENTS 


-shipping
        To gives our customers the best service we possibly can, we use a amazon style of inventory                 that allows us to get products to our customers within 2 to 5 days anywhere in the United States,            outside of the U.S. takes up to a week to 2 weeks. This usually is a flat fee of $5 for U.S. based              customers

-return policy
       We know the world we live in is a crazy world and mistakes can be made. We accept returns out 
       to 30 days from your original purchase date. If your transaction exceeds the 30 days please send             us an email via the "Contact Us" page and describe your situation and we will try our best to reach         out to you and resolve the situation.

-Information safety
        We care for our customers private information, our  VP of technologies has all transactions
        going through a third party award winning VPN service to ensure no one can gain asses to their            private information. In the matter that anything is leaked out, our company will compensate any            losses and resolve the situation with our own resources. -Tax rate
        We charge a Tax Rate of 0.08%. In order to offer cheap and fast shipping to our customers, we              charge a tax rate to help cover the property taxes on our inventory facilities.
